Branding is your company’s strategic platform for interacting with your customers. So it’s important that your brand is representative of your business.
A properly designed brand is essentially a psychological concept that removes perceived risk from your potential customers, offers value and embodies what the whole customer experience will be.
Your brand needs to capture the expectations and the set of promises you company will deliver.
Your logo design is the cornerstone of your brand as it’s how your company gets recognised and becomes known by your customers.
What impression do you want to give about your business?
Alt Premier design logo’s to fit with your brand and the image you want to present to your customers and the world.
A high class, well developed logo will help your customers understand what your company is about simply from it’s shape, font usage and style.
We work closely with you to define exactly what feeling you want to convey and deliver a company logo design ready to build brand trust and value.
Designing a brand goes one step further than designing a logo. It’s all about creating a complete brand identity.
What this means is a curating an overarching set of rules and guidelines to how your company will be portrayed through all collateral your company produces.
Based on your input, we deliver a branding rulebook for you to use going forward and a collection of collateral to use immediately.

Once your logo has been finalised we will send it over in multiple formats for you to use.
As well as this, we’ll send over a mockup of what your logo will look like on a piece of relevant collateral. For instance, if you are a client needing a new logo for a cafe, the collateral mockup may be your logo on a recyclable coffee cup. Or if you’re starting a dog walking company we may mockup your logo of a leaflet or business card.
These mockups will not be usable collateral in the basics or professional packages, but are simply to give an idea of the versatility of your new logo going forward and what you could do with it.
Upon completion and handover, your brand new logo will be provided in three file formats. The formats have different properties which make them useful in different scenarios.
JPG – this file format is one of the most commonly used as it is generally the smallest in file size of the three. With a smaller size, this format comes with a static background and is therefore not transparent.
PNG – this file format is slightly larger in file size than a JPG, but with that comes the benefit of transparency. This means you can place you logo on any colour background you want and just your logo will be shown on top of this colour.
Vector – a vector is a special type of file that is generally provided for print purposes. Vector files are opened in special software (we use adobe illustrator) and are made up of the “rules” for you logo. Essentially a vector file sets out where the lines and shapes go within your logo. Because it’s made up of “rules” rather than pixels, it can be blown up to any size without any loss in quality. For example, if you want your logo on a billboard, you would provide it in a vector format so the quality at that size is crystal clear.
Not at all. We work with clients up and down the country to deliver high-quality custom-built websites.
We pride ourselves on clear and open communication and distance has never affected the quality of websites we produce.
You will have a lot of input into the design process. Through the consultation, brief and brainstorm we will work with you to capture your ideas, colour swatch preferences, style prefences, etc.
This way we can get an idea of what you like and what you definitely don’t like, and we won’t begin the design step until we know the direction you want to go in.
During the revisions stage you’ll get to provide us with all your feedback for us to make any changes you want. Depending on the package you’ve chosen, you’ll recieve 2 or 3 rounds of revisions.
All this is to say, you will have a lot of input into the design process and we’re here to help you with any questions you might have along the way.
A brand style guide is essentially a rulebook that sets out the fonts, colour schemes, typography styles, logo varients and spacing to be using in your branding and marketing materials.
A style guide is created based on the voice and persona you want your company to have. This allows you to plan a consistent approach to your branding. Consistency is key in building brand trust and recognition.
Used properly and consistently, a style guide can help your brand become immediately recognisable simply by the colours and shapes without the customer even seeing your logo. Think Coka Cola and their colour red and bottle shape.
Of course! We’ve worked as many small and brand new businesses as we have big ones.
Alt Premier are proud to work with newer and smaller businesses, helping them take their first steps into an online presence and make their vision come to life.
In our professional and premier packages we provide two versions of your logo. One long and one short.
This doesn’t mean we simply use smaller fonts and shapes. It means we’ll provide you with two versions of your logo to use in different scenarios.
Let’s look at an example. If you were to produce business cards, due to the smaller size you may opt for the shortform version of your logo. Whereas if you were going to produce a pamplet or leaflet you’d probably opt to show your longform logo version as you have more space to work with.
These two versions give your logo greater versatility throughout your brand.
We can design pretty much any type of collateral you can think of. Starting from simple things like leaflets and business card and getting more complex.
If you require something complex, feel free to reach out to us using the form at the bottom of the page and we can discuss your requirements in more depth.
You’re the expert in your field and business. As a result we require that the content for your collateral is provided by you.
Of course, if necessary, we are able to give some pointers but generally the bulk of the text is written and provided by you.
We accept all major cards through our payment processing provider Stripe. These include Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Once you’ve chosen Alt Premier you will receive an email which will contain your invoice as well as a highly secure temporary link to pay your deposit.
Upon payment you will receive another email with the invoice and a receipt and a confirmation of successful payment.
